Congratulations to Capt. Mike Millard, CD, who has taken over the role of Commanding Officer from Capt. Sherry Seganfreddo, CD. The formal ceremony was held during the Corps’ 105th Annual Ceremonial Review (ACR) at the historic Seaforth Armoury on Saturday June 10th and presided over by HCol Michael Shields, CD.
Capt. Millard’s has been involved with the Cadet program for over 32 years, beginning first as a cadet himself and then, later in life, as an officer in the Cadet Instructor Cadre (CIC). He has served with 5 cadet corps in BC, most recently 2963 Seaforth Highlanders in Sechelt where he was Commanding Officer for 7 years. He has been with the 72nd Seaforth for the past 3 years, and is well-known among the cadets, parents, and the broader Seaforth Regimental Family.
