So you are interested in joining Army Cadets? Well, you have come to the right place. This website will give you the information you need to make the right decision in joining the 72nd Seaforth Highlanders of Canada Army Cadet Corps and become a part of over 100 years of tradition
The Royal Canadian Army Cadet program appeals to youth craving exciting outdoor activities where personal limits as individuals and team-members will be tested. Army cadets develop abilities in the use of map and compass, GPS technology, orienteering, first-aid, camping and survival skills, canoeing, abseiling, trekking, mountain biking, etc. As cadets become more experienced, you could be selected for parachuting, white-water rafting and glacier climbing, and foreign exchanges.
We, at the 72nd, are committed in making sure that our training is high quality, and offer opportunities that other cadet corps cannot offer!. We are offering an open house to all youth from 12-18 to come down on a Tuesday, September 8th, 2015 at 6:30 pm at the Bessborough Armouries – 2025 West 11th Avenue in Vancouver. Ask to be directed to the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada Cadet Office.
See you in the fall!
