On February 8, at BC Place, MCpl. Trevor Lam of the 72nd Army Cadet Corps had the honour of representing the Canadian Cadet Program at the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 Opening Ceremonies.

Held from 8 to 16 February 2025, this was the 7th edition of the Invictus Games—an international event that celebrates the unconquerable human spirit and honours the resilience and determination of wounded, injured, and sick servicemen and women from around the world.
